Level 1

Designed for use as side gap fillers in trucks and intermodal shipments weighing up to 44,000 pounds.
Minimum burst pressure = 8 PSI
Maximum Operating Pressure = 2.6 PSI

Level 2

Designed for use as lengthwise void fillers in truck and container shipments weighing up to 75,000 pounds.
Minimum Burst Pressure = 17 PSI
Maximum operating pressure = 5 PSI

Level 3

Designed for use as lengthwise void fillers in rail shipments weighing up to 160,000 pounds.
Minimum Burst Pressure = 25 PSI
Maximum operating pressure = 8 PSI

Level 4

Designed for use as side or lengthwise gap fillers in rail shipments weighing up to 216,000 pounds.
Minimum Burst Pressure = 30 PSI
Maximum operating pressure = 10 PSI

Level 5

Designed for use as lengthwise gap fillers in rail shipments up to 216,000 pounds and horizontal applications in approved roll paper loading methods.
