Do you have service in any part of the Mexican Republic?
Yes, we have 5 plants strategically located to provide service throughout the Mexican Republic.
What is the minimum order quantity?
In general, we request a minimum of 1,000 linear meters of unprinted corner pieces and 5,000 linear meters of printed corner pieces. In the case of Honeycomb, it depends a lot on the dimensions of the board to be manufactured.
What is the manufacturing time?
10 working days for corner pieces and 12 working days for folding frames and Honeycomb from the moment we confirm receipt of the PO.
Do you have home deliveries?
Yes, depending on the place where the delivery is required and the amount of the order. There may or may not be an additional charge for delivery at destination.
Do you manufacture printed corner board pieces?
Yes, we can manufacture printed corner pieces from 1 to 4 inks. With a minimum volume of 5,000 linear meters.
What sizes of corner board pieces can you manufacture?
Caliber: 120, 140, 160, 180, 200, 220, 250, 300, and 400.
What wing widths can you manufacture?
Asymmetrical wings: 1.50″ x 1.50″ / 1.75″ x 1.75″ / 2.00″ x 2.00″ / 2.50″ x 2.50″ / 3.00″ x 3.00″ / 4.00″ x 4.00″.
Asymmetrical wings: 1.50″ x 2.00″ / 2.00″ x 3.00″ / 2.00″ x 4.00″.
What thicknesses do you manufacture at Honeycomb?
We manufacture standard market sizes ranging from 1/2″ to 6″. But as we are direct manufacturers, we can analyze the manufacture of any special size.
Can the corner board be coded?
Yes, an alphanumeric code of up to 40 characters can be printed from the production line.
Can you deliver products outside Mexico?
Yes, we currently have deliveries in the United States and we could deliver to Central American countries. Conditioned to full container deliveries.
